Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

Deputy / Assistant Manager: 


MBA in Human Resource Management or closely related discipline (like CA, ICWA or similar degree course etc.) from a reputed university with a minimum of 60% marks.


Minimum three years of experience in planning & development (P&D) / Finance / Administration / Finance at Managerial / Officer level 


Working knowledge of computers and communication skills is essential. Applicant should be proactive, self-motivated, passionate, and self-driven person with strong project management skills.


Working experience in any of the IITs/NITs or any premier Institute (National Importance) would be an added advantage.


In case, suitable candidate is not found for the position of Deputy Project Manager, the candidate may be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager.


Research Associate: PhD/MTech with three years of research experience with one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal. The candidate needs to have exposure to Electronics / Electrical / Biomedical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering with knowledge in Signal Processing, Artificial Intelligence and software environment such as, Python, Matlab and Microcontroller programming.


Age limit

Maximum age of 32 year for Deputy / Assistant Manager


Selection Process

Final Selection will be based on written exam & personal interview
